Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adult ICU patients, including ongoing assessment, plan development, and evaluation of outcomes.
- Monitor hemodynamics, administer prescribed medications and therapies, and support ventilation and critical care needs.
- Respond to patient condition changes, implement ICU protocols, and participate in rapid response procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams; document care accurately in the electronic health record.
- Assist with invasive procedures as trained, manage lines and drains, and uphold infection control and patient safety standards.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Georgia (or eligibility for Georgia licensure)
- Nursing degree (ASN or BSN) required; BSN preferred
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
- ICU experience and ability to work a 3x12 night shift
- Must reside 80+ miles from the assignment location (Brunswick, GA area)
- US work authorization
