Occupational Therapist – Pediatric experience needed | King City, California | Start date 04/06/2026 | 13 weeks | Guaranteed 36 hours per week | $2,504-$2,638 per week | Rotating shift
This travel assignment is in a Short Term Acute Care Hospital setting and requires work across in-patient and out-patient pediatric services, with a workload split approximately 50/50.

Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric patients in both in-patient and out-patient settings
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs to improve functional skills and activity participation
- Reassess progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and support discharge planning
- Educate families and caregivers on home programs, adaptive strategies, and equipment use
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in patient records per facility policies
Requirements
- Active occupational therapy license to practice in California
- Pediatric experience required; familiarity with both in-patient and out-patient settings preferred
- Ability to work a rotating schedule that includes weekends
- Eligibility for a travel/temporary assignment and comfortable with a 13-week contract
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on family-centered care
- Ability to meet credentialing and documentation requirements as part of the assignment process
