Radiology Tech – Interventional Radiology Tech, travel assignment in Los Angeles, California. Start date 09/28/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay $2,495-$2,670 per week. Guaranteed hours 36 per week. Shift: 3x12 Nights. Setting: Home healthcare - hospice. This is a travel temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Perform, assist, and complete Cardiac and Vascular radiographic examinations and interventional procedures in the cardiovascular lab using specialized equipment.
- Operate imaging equipment to produce digital images of designated body portions, as ordered by physicians; position and instruct patients accordingly.
- Assist physicians with specialized interventional procedures, including catheterization and angiography, while maintaining sterile technique and patient safety.
- Provide high-quality clinical care with strong technical, organizational, and critical thinking skills; document findings and coordinate with the care team.
- Model, mentor, and train staff on technical skills; contribute to team development and, when applicable, input into hiring decisions.
- Ensure equipment readiness, image quality, and adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements; participate in quality improvement activities.
Requirements
- Active ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology; Radiologic Technologist license in the state of practice (required).
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor (required per policy).
- Fluoroscopy (FLUORO) certification (required).
- Prevention and Management of Violent Behavior (PVMB) or equivalent (TEAM/CPI) certification (required).
- At least two years of recent experience in the field (required).
- Education: Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field preferred.
- Current nursing license per the state of assignment (required by the assignment notes).
- Ability to work in a home healthcare - hospice environment and to meet the travel and scheduling requirements of a travel assignment.
