Travel Registered Nurse ICU Job
Registered Nurse – ICU travel assignment in Concord, New Hampshire. Start date: 09/14/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,070–$2,202 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 12-hour nights on a 2x3 schedule (7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.). Setting: hospital-based ICU, with potential cross-unit responsibilities as needed. This is a travel - temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care for critically ill adults in the ICU, including ongoing assessment, monitoring, and timely interventions.
- Administer medications, titrate IV drips, and manage hemodynamic support (vasopressors, fluid therapy) with adherence to orders and protocols.
- Provide ventilator management and participate in complex therapies as indicated (e.g., ICP monitoring, CRRT, balloon pumps, Impella support, TTM management) within scope and competency.
- Utilize monitoring data, interpret findings, document accurately in the EMR, and communicate changes to the care team and families.
- Collaborate with physicians, unit leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans; respond to emergencies and code events per ACLS guidelines.
- May float to related units (ED, step-down, medical-surgical) as needed to meet patient-care demands; adherence to unit policies and safety standards.
Requirements
- Licenses: Active NH RN license or Compact state license required at time of submission
- Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience: 2–3 years of ICU experience required; CVICU experience strongly preferred; able to function as a self-starter, work independently, and adapt quickly
- Education: Registered Nurse (RN) degree from an accredited program
- EMR: Cerner experience preferred but not required
- Additional: Must be able to float to related units as assigned; RTO requests must be included at submission
- Submissions: Up-to-date resume with ICU experience emphasized; CVICU experience called out if applicable; RN Skills Checklist; valid driver’s license; license verification
