Travel Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job
LPN | RN travel opportunity in Seaford, Delaware. Start date 04/01/2026 for 10 weeks, guaranteed 40 hours per week, with a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM shift (5x8 days) in a long-term care setting. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under physician orders and facility policies, including monitoring vital signs and patient status.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately, documenting outcomes per protocol.
- Assist with activities of daily living and ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity.
- Collaborate with RNs, charge nurses, and care teams to develop and adjust care plans.
- Document care and observations in the electronic medical record system; report changes promptly.
- Maintain infection control practices, safety standards, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Active LPN license to practice in Delaware.
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.
- Ability to perform duties in a long-term care environment; pass background check and drug screen as required.
- Availability to work the specified shift and participate in a 40-hour week on a travel assignment.
