Travel Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job
LPN travel assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Start date: 04/01/2026. 15-week contract. Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Setting: long-term care – nursing home. This is a travel - temporary assignment. LOCAL ONLY.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents per individualized plan of care and facility policies
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; document appropriately
- Monitor vital signs, assess changes, and escalate to the supervising clinician as needed
- Assist residents with activities of daily living; promote safety, comfort, and dignity
- Maintain accurate charting, ensure infection control practices, and follow safety protocols
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico or eligibility for NM licensure
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
- Ability to work 3x12-hour shifts in a LTC setting
- Local candidates located in or near Albuquerque (LOCAL ONLY)
