Travel Registered Nurse LTC Job
Registered Nurse (LTC) – Pennsburg, Pennsylvania. This is a travel, temporary assignment starting on 04/13/2026 for a 4-week contract with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments to residents in a timely, accurate manner.
- Monitor residents’ conditions, respond to changes, and escalate concerns per protocol.
- Perform and document routine assessments, vital signs, and care planning updates.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain detailed, accurate electronic and paper records; ensure charting complies with regulations.
- Support a safe, clean, and respectful environment; respond to emergencies and provide basic life support as needed.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania (PA).
- Current CPR/BLS certification (standard for direct patient care).
- Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Ability to work night shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM) in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and document care accurately.
