Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) travel assignment in a long-term care setting in Glendive, MT. Start date: 05/18/2026. 13-week contract with 36 hours guaranteed per week. Days shift.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to residents per the plan of care under supervision of a licensed OT.
- Assess residents’ functional abilities; participate in developing and implementing treatment plans.
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge planning in resident records according to facility policy.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes and ensure safety and quality of care.
- Support activities of daily living adaptations and patient education to promote independence.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and protect resident confidentiality.
Requirements
- Active Montana license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (or eligibility for licensure).
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting; Days shift.
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work with older adults and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States and ability to complete onboarding requirements for travel assignments.
