Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures, including CT angiography and CT procedures such as biopsies, in a hospital setting
- Operate CT equipment (64-slice GE scanners) and follow established protocols; document imaging in the electronic medical record (EPIC)
- Position patients, administer contrast as required, monitor for adverse reactions, and ensure patient safety and comfort
- Collaborate with radiologists, nursing staff, and other team members to optimize imaging quality and workflow
- Review orders for accuracy, ensure correct patient data and image labeling, and ensure timely delivery of images for interpretation

Requirements
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification and ARRT CT Certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Massachusetts Radiation License
- Minimum 5 years of CT imaging experience in a hospital setting, including CT angiography and CT procedures such as biopsies; familiarity with 64-slice GE CT scanners; trauma experience preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital environment on a travel assignment; capable of 8-hour shifts and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team
