Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision of licensed staff, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to promote safety and comfort
- Monitor and report vital signs and changes in patient condition to the nursing team
- Support meal intake, hydration, and nourishment as appropriate; document intake
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment; adhere to safety and infection-control protocols
- Document care provided and communicate observations clearly to the team
Requirements
- Active LNA license in Vermont
- Current LNA certification appropriate for practice in Vermont
- Ability to work evening and/or overnight shifts
- Willingness to travel for a temporary assignment
- 1+ year of CNA/LNA experience preferred
