Cardiac Device Tech — Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) devices in an outpatient device clinic setting, Burlington, Vermont, United States. This travel assignment starts on 09/03/2026 and runs for 4 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,524 to $2,776. Shift is 5x8 daytime hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00–16:30). No on-call or weekend requirements. Responsibilities
- Independently manage technical aspects of implanted CRM devices, including pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, and implanted loop recorders
- Perform device interrogations, programming, troubleshooting, and data retrieval; document findings in the patient record
- Conduct routine device checks, ensure patient safety, and provide device-related education as needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CRM devices, cardiac physiology, and cardiovascular monitoring principles
- Collaborate with cardiology and nursing staff to support clinic operations and patient care
- Demonstrate accuracy and compliance in documentation, workflows, and adherence to safety and infection-control standards
Requirements
- BLS certification
- Pacemaker/ICD Technician program or equivalent job experience
- EPIC experience within the last 2 years
- Knowledge of cardiac rhythm management devices and cardiovascular physiology
- Ability to work in an outpatient clinic setting with adults (18+); daytime schedule as listed
- Must be able to function independently within a multidisciplinary team and maintain accurate documentation
