- Document care accurately in the electronic health record and maintain charting standards
- Monitor patient safety, prevent falls, and follow infection control protocols
- Collaborate with the care team to update plans of care and communicate with physicians as needed
Requirements
- Active LPN license (state unspecified)
- Availability for 3x12-hour day shifts
- Local candidates only
- Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
- Strong documentation and communication skills
