Travel Registered Nurse ICU Job
Registered Nurse position in ICU/PCU within a 25-bed critical access hospital setting in Clarkston, WA. Travel assignment begins 07/13/2026 and runs for 13 weeks, with 36 guaranteed hours per week on the Night shift. This role is in a LTC - Nursing Home environment with ICU/PCU responsibilities and may require floating to MSU as needed. Weekly pay ranges from $1,886 to $1,973.

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for ICU/PCU patients in a 25-bed CAH, with willingness to float to MSU as needed; perform comprehensive assessments and implement care plans.
- Identify and address patient and family education needs; provide education using appropriate modalities and document the educational provided.
- Ensure patient safety through adherence to side rails, restraints policy, safe equipment use, and timely documentation; follow all isolation and infection control procedures.
- Demonstrate safe operation of equipment in PCU/Telemetry/MedSurg areas; troubleshoot and reference manuals as needed; coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
- Maintain complete, accurate documentation of patient status, interventions, and responses; process physician orders promptly and perform 24-hour checks when within duties.
- Deliver clear change-of-shift reports; communicate with other departments completely and accurately; promptly report critical lab values per policy.
- Restock and maintain emergency carts, room, and general supplies; participate in ongoing safety and quality initiatives.
Requirements
- Active Washington RN license
- ICU/PCU nursing experience
- Willingness to float to MSU as needed
- Ability to work nights in a LTC - Nursing Home setting
- Proficiency with nursing documentation and electronic medical records
- Strong communication and patient education skills
