Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for residents
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve activities of daily living, mobility, cognition, and functional independence
- Monitor resident progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Educate residents and families on adaptive equipment, safety, activity modifications, and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate documentation in medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory and facility policies
- Coordinate care with nursing, physical therapy, and other allied health team members to support transitions and overall resident well-being
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Wyoming
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program
- Experience in acute care or long-term care settings preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a long-term care setting and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Availability for a 13-week travel assignment starting May 11, 2026
