Responsibilities
- Operate x-ray, computed tomography (CT), ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), nuclear medicine and/or mammography equipment according to protocol and safety standards.
- Assist in accomplishing departmental objectives and goals; support continuous improvement in imaging quality and workflow.
- Contribute to creating an environment that enables the imaging department to meet operational goals and maintain patient-centered care.
- Adhere to radiation safety practices, equipment QA/QC, infection control, and accurate documentation of procedures and results.
- Prepare patients for procedures, verify orders, position patients, and ensure optimal image quality while maintaining patient comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a home healthcare - hospice setting to coordinate timely imaging services and support care planning.

Requirements
- Proficiency in operating imaging equipment across modalities listed (x-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine and/or mammography) as described in the assignment notes.
- Ability to work in a home healthcare - hospice setting and to travel to patient locations as required for the assignment.
- Strong communication and patient-care skills; ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary imaging team.
- Availability for dayshift work with 10-hour days, totaling 40 hours per week, on a 13-week assignment.
- Experience with multiple imaging modalities and adherence to safety, quality, and documentation standards.
- Travel-friendly mindset and flexibility to adapt to different sites within the assignment period.
