Certified Surgical Technologist (Surgical Tech) travel assignment in Atlanta, GA starting 07/06/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range is $1,509-$1,580 with guaranteed 40 hours. Responsibilities
- Prepare sterile fields and drape patients; arrange and pass instruments to the surgical team during procedures
- Maintain strict sterile technique; assist with instrument counts and coring/sharp instrument precautions
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team; manage instrument turnover and room readiness between cases
- Support trauma-focused and other surgical cases as assigned; collaborate with circulator and anesthesia teams
- Document case specifics as required and ensure safety and accuracy in the perioperative workflow
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of strong Level 1 trauma experience; must be listed in work history accordingly
- Strong rating on skills checklist
- Ability to work dayshift: 6:45 am–5:15 pm, with call, holidays, and weekends; no block scheduling
- Must load complete demographic information, including full SSN and badge-appropriate photo in HWL profile
- 40 guaranteed hours per week; 13-week contract duration
