In this role, you’ll conduct comprehensive intake assessments, diagnose and formulate treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapies to individuals, couples, and families dealing with anxiety, trauma, grief, adjustment, and mood disorders. Your duties include crisis stabilization when needed, ongoing progress monitoring, and the adaptation of modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed care to fit each client’s culture and goals. You’ll partner with multidisciplinary colleagues, coordinate with primary care and social services, and document outcomes in secure electronic records. The path for growth is clear: access ongoing supervision, professional development resources, and opportunities to pursue specialty credentials in trauma, addiction, child and adolescent services, or behavioral health integration. We offer a competitive weekly pay of $752-$817, plus a potential bonus, housing assistance or stipend, and the option to extend assignments based on performance and organizational needs. Scheduling is flexible with no guaranteed hours; you’ll set availability within the assigned weeks, balancing clinical work with travel or local commitments.
