Responsibilities
- Independently manage implanted cardiac rhythm management devices (pacemakers, implantable cardioverter-defibrillators, and implanted loop recorders), including device interrogation and programming within established protocols.
- Perform device checks and remote monitoring, review device data, and coordinate follow-up as part of CRM device clinic duties.
- Document CRM device information and patient data in the electronic medical record with accuracy and compliance.
- Educate patients on device function, monitoring, and care plans; address questions and safety considerations.
- Collaborate with the electrophysiology team to ensure appropriate device management and timely escalation when needed.
- Adhere to clinical safety, infection control, and BLS requirements; maintain professional standard of care in an outpatient setting.

Requirements
- Certification: BLS; Pacemaker/ICD Technician program or equivalent job experience (required).
- EPIC experience within the last 2 years (required).
- Knowledge of cardiac rhythm management, cardiac devices, and cardiovascular physiology.
- Ability to work in an outpatient CRM device clinic environment; Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:30, with no on-call or weekend responsibilities.
- Prior experience with CRM device management and device interrogation preferred; strong documentation skills.
- Active, appropriate credentialing as required for the role; compliance with all clinical and safety policies.
