Responsibilities
- Set up and monitor CT and radiographic procedures; position patients safely and apply immobilization as needed.
- Verify patient identification and collect relevant medical history and known allergies.
- Prepare and administer contrast media intravenously under Radiologist protocol.
- Acquire, process, and archive images; ensure proper storage and documentation for permanent records.
- Coordinate daily patient scheduling with the department team; maintain image quality and perform routine calibration and quality control checks.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond to emergencies in line with safety standards.
Requirements
- 2+ years of X-ray experience
- ARRT certification
- BLS certification
- Ability to work in a hospital setting
- Eligible for travel assignment and able to meet assignment duration
