Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents per plan of care under RN supervision
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, documenting accordingly
- Monitor and record vital signs, assess changes, and report to supervising RN
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and maintain safety and comfort
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to update care plans and ensure quality care
- Maintain clean, organized units and comply with infection control and documentation standards
Requirements
- Active North Carolina LPN license or compact license; BLS required
- 1+ year geriatric/LTC LPN experience
- PCC experience preferred
- Local candidates only
- Ability to work evenings; 8-hour shifts
