Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders under supervision

- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility
- Perform basic wound and skin care as directed and monitor for changes
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record and follow facility policies, including safety and infection control protocols
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico (or a valid compact license)
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Minimum 1 year of licensed practical nursing experience in long-term care or a geriatric setting
- Ability to work a night-shift schedule (3x12) and adapt to a fast-paced LTC environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; proficient in basic nursing documentation
