Travel Radiology CT Tech Job
Radiology Technologist RT(R) – CT Tech needed for a travel assignment in Hallock, MN, with rotation to Karlstad, MN. Start date: 04/20/2026. Duration: Weeks. Weekly pay: $2,484–$2,547 per week. Shift: 5x8 Days. The setting is a critical access hospital with attached clinic, long-term care, and related services.

- Locals accepted; rotation between Hallock and Karlstad
- On-call coverage: Mon–Fri 4:00 PM–8:00 AM; rotating weekends/holidays; full 24-hour coverage
Responsibilities
- Perform general radiography and CT imaging with accurate patient prep, positioning, and QA to support diagnostic quality
- Maintain radiation safety standards, perform equipment checks, and troubleshoot basic issues as needed
- Document procedures and findings, ensure proper image labeling, and relay results to the radiology team
- Provide patient care across hospital, clinic, and long-term care settings; assist with auxiliary studies (DEXA, EKG, spirometry) as needed
- Collaborate with radiology staff and physicians; adapt to float between Hallock and Karlstad locations; adhere to call schedules and on-call expectations
Requirements
- Active state license in Minnesota; proof of valid license required at submission (no pending licenses)
- CT certification is required; ARRT certification or eligibility; BLS required
- Minimum 2 years radiology experience with CT experience or CT certification; first-timers not accepted
- 1.5–2 years LTC/Critical Access experience within the last year (facility requirement)
- RTO requests must be submitted at time of submission and approved prior to start
- MN background check and fingerprinting required; facility will not accept background hits (including DUIs)
- TB test required within first 3 weeks of employment
- COVID-19 vaccination required with booster status due at start
- Locals accepted
- Ability to work across hospital, clinic, and long-term care settings; comfortable with on-call obligations
