Speech Language Pathologist – Travel assignment in Buzzards Bay, MA, United States. Start date 03/30/2026 for 13 weeks with a weekly pay range of $2,368 to $2,582. Guaranteed hours: 35 per week. Shift: 5x8 Days. This assignment takes place in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, cognitive communication, and swallowing for adult residents.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; document progress in medical records.
- Deliver direct therapy (one-on-one and small-group) addressing communication and safe swallowing goals.
- Perform screenings and periodic re-evaluations; monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
- Collaborate with the interprofessional team (nursing, therapy colleagues, social work) to integrate care plans and support discharge planning.
Requirements
- Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility to obtain licensure in the assignment location.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience evaluating and treating adult communication and swallowing disorders; long-term care/SNF experience preferred.
- Strong documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with an interprofessional team.
- Availability to work 35 hours per week in a travel assignment; ability to travel to the assignment site.
