Responsibilities
- Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients and operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment
- Acquire and process nuclear medicine images, ensuring image quality and patient safety
- Monitor radiation safety protocols and patient care throughout procedures
- Verify patient information and orders; document findings and assist with preliminary interpretations
- Collaborate with interpreting physicians and other imaging staff to optimize study results
- Maintain compliance with equipment QC, data integrity, and required recordkeeping
Requirements
- CNMT certification required
- At least 6 months of Nuclear Medicine Tech experience
- Ability to work in a hospital travel assignment
- Eligible to work in the United States (as applicable to licensure and credentialing)
