Travel assignment (Temporary)
This travel assignment is for a Certified Nursing Assistant in a long-term care setting. The shift is nights (5x8). The assignment begins 04/21/2026 and is planned for several weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $750 to $807 per week, with no guaranteed-hours commitment. Orientation is provided prior to start, and the unit serves adults and geriatric residents.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adults and geriatric residents, supporting daily living activities
- Assist with ADLs and hygiene: bathing, bed baths, feeding assistance, dressing, toileting, linen changes
- Support mobility and safe transfers using Hoyer lift, transfer belt, sliding boards, and wheelchair mobility
- Monitor vital signs (BP including orthostatic, pulse, respirations, temperature, pulse oximetry) and report changes
- Perform routine catheter care, specimen collection, labeling, and transport as directed
- Document care and assessments in EPIC; ensure accurate charting and timely updates
- Follow PPE and isolation precautions; recognize changes in condition and escalate as needed
- Skin and wound prevention: pressure injury prevention, mattress considerations, and regular turning
Requirements
- Active NY CNA license in hand to submit
- EPIC charting experience required
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
- Ability to work nights in a long-term care setting
- RTO: cannot submit candidates with more than 10 days of requested time off
- Not accepting local candidates within 75 miles of the facility
