Cardiovascular Technologist – Cath Lab Technologist travel assignment in Olathe, Kansas. The start date is 07/05/2026 and the assignment runs for 13 weeks. Responsibilities
- Scrub, circulate, and assist in Cath Lab and IR procedures; maintain sterile technique and patient safety throughout cases.
- Support EP lab activities and pacemaker-related cases as needed; participate across Cath Lab, IR, and EP Lab as required.
- Operate imaging equipment, monitor hemodynamics, and assist with instrument setup and intra-procedural documentation.
- Prepare procedure rooms, manage inventory and equipment turnover, and document case details in the electronic medical record.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
- Willingness to float to EP Lab when needed and respond promptly to intra-procedural changes or emergencies.
Requirements
- ARRT or RCIS certification
- Current ACLS and BLS
- Minimum 1 year Cath Lab and IR experience
- Ability to float to EP Lab; experience with pacemakers
- On-call requirements: 1–2 shifts during the week (evening to early morning) and weekend on-call every 3rd or 4th weekend
- New graduates: No
- Eligibility to work in the listed location
