Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed under RN supervision
- Monitor vital signs, assess residents for changes, and report findings promptly
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility needs
- Document care accurately in the charting system and maintain privacy and HIPAA standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to update care plans and ensure individualized resident care
- Maintain safety, infection control, and proper procedures during night shifts
Requirements
- Active LPN license in North Carolina
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts (7:00 pm–7:30 am)
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to document accurately in electronic records
