Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care travel assignment in Menasha, Wisconsin. Start date: 04/20/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,680 to $1,815. Guaranteed hours: 48 per week. Shift: four 8-hour days plus one 16-hour shift on days/evenings. Setting: LTC – Nursing Home.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under appropriate supervision
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor residents for therapeutic and adverse responses
- Perform routine assessments, document findings, and communicate changes to the supervising RN and interdisciplinary team
- Support activities of daily living and assist with mobility, transfers, and personal care as needed
- Assist with care planning, wound care, and basic treatments per plan of care
- Uphold safety, infection control, and charting standards; maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Wisconsin
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Diploma from an approved LPN program
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Ability to work a 48-hour-per-week schedule (4x8-hour shifts plus one 16-hour shift)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced LTC environment and collaborate with the care team
