Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders within the LPN scope of practice
- Monitor residents, assess and document vital signs, and notice changes in condition
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility; support safe transfers and positioning
- Collaborate with nursing teammates and physicians to implement care plans
- Maintain accurate charting and documentation in the electronic health record
- Uphold infection prevention and safety standards; adhere to facility policies
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work a 6:00 AM–6:30 PM schedule on a 3x12-hour shift
- Ability to pass required background checks and health clearances
