Physical Therapist needed for a travel assignment in Red Lodge, Montana. Start date: May 1, 2026. Estimated duration: 16 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,119 to $2,188. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care through evaluation, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions to improve physical function and mobility
- Conduct individualized patient assessments and design goal-directed rehabilitation plans
- Implement evidence-based physical therapy programs, including therapeutic exercises, gait training, manual therapy, and modalities as appropriate
- Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with the care team
- Communicate with patients and families about goals, progress, and home exercise programs; ensure patient safety and adherence to regulations
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize discharge planning and continuity of care
Requirements
- Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- Licensure: Active physical therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the state (Montana) as applicable
- Experience: Relevant clinical experience in physical therapy; travel assignment experience preferred but not required
- Skills: Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based setting
- Availability: Ability to work the requested four 10-hour day schedule and meet the assignment’s duration
