Responsibilities
- Provide direct, professional nursing care to adult patients within a short-term acute care setting with LTC elements

- Administer prescribed medications and treatments; ensure accurate documentation and reconciliation
- Develop, implement, and update patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other team members
- Maintain thorough documentation in the electronic health record; ensure accuracy and compliance with policy
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, medications, safety, and discharge planning; support continuity of care
Requirements
- Active Hawaii RN license required prior to start
- Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends as needed
- Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and proof of documentation skills
- Effective communication and teamwork with an interdisciplinary care team
