Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents under the supervision of the supervising OT, following the plan of care.
- Implement treatment plans to improve or restore activities of daily living, mobility, endurance, and functional independence.
- Document patient progress and communicate findings to the care team in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with patient evaluations and re-assessments as directed, contributing to goal development and modification of the plan of care.
- Maintain safe and effective use of therapy equipment, supplies, and infection control practices.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, participate in rounds, and support care planning to optimize resident outcomes.
Requirements
- Active Colorado licensed or eligible to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Graduation from an accredited OTA program.
- Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility setting and follow a plan of care under supervision.
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
- Availability for a 13-week travel assignment starting 11/09/2026 and willingness to work the 08:00–16:30 shift.
