MT OR RN Circulator Varied Hours w/ Call in Dillon, MT. Travel assignment in a hospital setting with rotating shifts. Start date 04/06/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $1,903–$2,007 per week with guaranteed 34 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the OR circulator RN, maintaining sterile technique and assisting the surgical team across bread-and-butter cases (general surgery, GYN, ortho, urology, podiatry, endoscopy).
- Prepare operating rooms, drape patients, and manage instrument and sponge counts; anticipate and respond to intraoperative needs.
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and circulating staff to ensure patient safety and efficient flow of cases.
- Assist with intraoperative tasks such as instrument handling, case prep, and turnover between cases; may help with cleaning, restocking, and case picking.
- Rarely assist in PACU when needed and as directed; may aid in CRNA intubation when necessary.
- Flexibility to float to related areas as required by the unit's resource needs, while maintaining high standards of patient care and compliance.
Requirements
- Active RN license (as required to practice) and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an OR circulator.
- Preference for candidates with CAH experience (small facility with limited resources and ability to circulate a variety of cases).
- Ability to work a rotating schedule with call requirements and to adapt to unit needs, including occasional PACU assistance.
- Proficiency in maintaining sterile technique, case management, and teamwork in a fast-paced surgical environment.
- Comfort contributing to room setup, case coordination, and supply/restock activities.
