Travel Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job
LPN/RN travel assignment in Seaford, Delaware. Start date 04/01/2026. 7-week contract with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Weekly pay range $1,050-$1,142. Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 5x8 days. Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under supervision
- Administer medications and document accurately in the chart/EHR per physician orders and facility policies
- Monitor vital signs, perform routine assessments, and respond to changes in resident condition
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and provide basic wound care as directed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and update care plans
- Maintain infection control standards, safety procedures, and accurate, timely documentation
Requirements
- Active LPN license in Delaware
- Graduate of an approved practical nursing program
- Prior LPN experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to complete onboarding/credentialing processes associated with travel assignments
- Must be able to work the listed shift and meet assignment requirements
