Responsibilities

- Administer medications, monitor patient status, document findings, and respond to changes in condition.
- Maintain safety and infection control standards; coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to optimize outcomes.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (California preferred).
- ICU/critical care experience preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (36 hours per week) in a high-acuity ICU setting.
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment to the listed location.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
