Role specifics and benefits: In ambulatory care, you will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, triage calls, pre-visit screenings, specimen collection, wound care, injections, and procedural assistance, while coordinating tests, referrals, and follow-up plans. You’ll educate patients about medications, self-management strategies, and healthy workflows that support adherence and outcomes. You’ll navigate electronic health records, document care plans, and participate in quality improvement initiatives that elevate clinic efficiency and patient safety.
