Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions in outpatient rehab
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized physical therapy plans; monitor progress
- Document patient findings, treatment plans, and outcomes clearly and timely
- Educate patients and caregivers; provide effective home exercise programs
- Collaborate with the care team to coordinate care and ensure patient safety
Requirements
- Current Arizona license or valid Compact license to practice physical therapy
- 3+ years of experience, with emphasis in outpatient orthopedic and neuro rehab
- Demonstrated ability to manage a varied outpatient caseload
- Ability to work in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
- Flexibility to work 8- or 10-hour shifts
