Travel Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job
LPN travel assignment in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This local-only, 14-week travel position is in a long-term care setting. Start date: 03/04/2026. Weekly pay range: $957–$1027 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: three 12-hour daytime shifts, 6:00 to 18:30. The role is a temporary travel assignment in a long-term care/nursing home environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct bedside care and assist with activities of daily living for residents
- Administer medications and document treatments accurately per plan of care
- Monitor vital signs, assess changes in condition, and report to the supervising nurse
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges; maintain accurate charting
- Perform routine treatments and wound care as directed by the licensed practitioner
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, quality resident care and patient safety
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing (state of practice in New Mexico or eligible to obtain)
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program
- CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to start
- Minimum 1 year of clinical LPN experience; LTC/geriatric care preferred
- Ability to work a 12-hour daytime shift (6:00–18:30) on a 14-week assignment
- Must be local to Santa Fe area or meet local-only assignment requirements
