Weekly pay: $989–$1,012 per week • Guaranteed hours: 36 per week

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under RN supervision
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately
- Monitor vitals, assess resident status, and report changes promptly to the supervising clinician
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, and transfers as needed
- Perform wound care and dressing changes according to the care plan; observe infection control practices
- Document care plans, progress notes, and any changes in condition; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing (state-specific as applicable to the assignment)
- Completion of an approved practical nursing program
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work 6:00 AM–6:30 PM, 3x12-hour shifts; local candidates only
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
- Physical ability to perform required duties in a long-term care environment
