Travel Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job
Travel LPN needed for a 7-week assignment in a long-term care setting located in Siler City, North Carolina. Start date is April 1, 2026. The schedule is 3x12-hour days (07:00–19:30) with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Weekly pay ranges from $792 to $854. This is a travel - temporary assignment in a nursing home environment. Note: local rate pay applies every other weekend.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects within scope of practice.
- Conduct resident assessments, document care plans, and report changes to supervising clinical staff.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
- Monitor vital signs, perform basic clinical tasks, and support wound care and infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, quality resident care.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in patient records and care plans.
Requirements
- Active LPN license to practice in North Carolina.
- Prior nursing experience in a healthcare setting; LTC experience preferred.
- Ability to work a 3x12-hour shift pattern (07:00–19:30) and commit to a 7-week assignment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to perform essential nursing duties within a long-term care environment.
