Travel Registered Nurse L&D Job
Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (L&D) travel assignment in Lodi, California, starting 07/27/2026 for 13 weeks. This role offers a guaranteed 36 hours per week on a night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) across 3 twelve-hour shifts in a Short Term Acute Care Hospital setting. Weekly pay ranges from $2,303 to $2,418 per week.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; coordinate care with obstetric, neonatal, anesthesia, and pediatric teams.
- Monitor laboring patients and postpartum patients; participate in a couplet care model to support moms and babies.
- Develop and implement a care plan, promote a safe and healing environment, and monitor patient progress.
- Participate in discharge planning, patient and family education, and handoffs to other care teams.
- Collaborate with the patient, family, and treatment team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.
Requirements
- Active RN licensure in the state of practice (California)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
- At least 2 years of recent nursing experience in the field, with acute care/L&D exposure preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced L&D and postpartum environment and rotate through Post-Partum as needed
