- Maintain accurate documentation in resident records; ensure safety and adherence to infection control protocols
- Assist residents with activities of daily living; collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet care goals
- Participate in care planning, education of residents and families, and quality assurance activities
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing in New Mexico
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to perform 12-hour shifts in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting
- Willingness to travel and commit to a 12-week travel assignment
- Ability to pass standard background check and drug screen
