Travel Registered Nurse Med Surg Tele Job
This travel Registered Nurse position is for Med Surg Tele, located in Lodi, California. Start date 05/11/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Weekly pay range is $1,624 to $1,702. Shift: 3x12 Night shifts. Setting: Short term acute care hospital with mixed medical-surgical and telemetry units.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult patients on a mixed medical-surgical telemetry unit
- Monitor patients using telemetry equipment; interpret vitals and rhythm strips; respond to changes per protocol
- Administer medications and treatments; document care in Cerner EMR per hospital guidelines
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop and adjust care plans, and evaluate patient progress
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and patient education; assist with discharge planning and transitions
Requirements
- California RN license
- BLS and ACLS certified
- Cerner EMR experience required
- Solid telemetry experience; ability to work in a fast-paced med-surg telemetry setting
- 2 years of RN experience strongly preferred
- Availability for 3x12 night shifts
