Travel Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job
LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Albuquerque, New Mexico. Start date: April 1, 2026. Duration: 3 weeks. Weekly pay: $682-$720 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36. Shift: 3x12-hour day shifts, 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility. This local, self-contained assignment is suitable for an LPN who is able to work a 12.5-hour daytime schedule and provide bedside nursing in a skilled care environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within the LPN scope of practice under supervision
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately
- Monitor vital signs, assess patient status, and report changes promptly
- Assist with activities of daily living and basic nursing procedures
- Observe safety protocols, infection control, and care plan adherence
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team and document in the patient record
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Availability for a 3-week local assignment; ability to cover 12.5-hour daytime shifts
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred
- Ability to follow care plans and document clearly in the electronic health record
- Local candidate preferred; Albuquerque area residents or within commuting distance
Education
- LPN diploma or associate degree from an approved program
