Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, including monitoring daily living activities and comfort.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, observe for adverse effects, and document responses in the resident record.
- Monitor vital signs, identify changes in condition, and escalate concerns to the supervising nurse and care team.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans; ensure accurate charting and continuity of care.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment; adhere to infection control, safety policies, and proper use of equipment.
- Support residents with activities of daily living as needed, promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
Requirements
- Willingness to commit to a 14-week travel assignment commencing 04/24/2026.
- Availability to work 12-hour shifts on a three-day-per-week pattern to meet guaranteed 36 hours per week.
