Travel Registered Nurse LTC Job
LTC RN – Long-Term Care (LTC) / nursing home setting in Livingston, MT. Start date: 03/30/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,473-$1,562 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Rotating 12-hour DAYS-NIGHTS mix. This travel assignment is in a long-term care environment that cares for residents across the aging continuum.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in a LTC setting, including assessment, planning, and evaluation of care
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor resident status, document changes, and update care plans and MARs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (CNAs, dietary, therapy, social work) to coordinate comprehensive resident care
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, documentation quality, and adherence to regulatory standards
- Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and escalate per policy; participate in care coordination and discharge planning as appropriate
Requirements
- Active registered nurse license (state licensure as required for assignment)
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts
- Willingness to commit to a 13-week travel assignment with 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for a multidisciplinary care environment
- Ability to work effectively in a long-term care setting and adapt to varying resident needs
