Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adults within a corrections environment, following established protocols and safety standards
- Administer medications, monitor patient status, and document responses and interventions
- Perform routine assessments, wound care, and vital signs; identify and report changes to the supervising clinician
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support safety, infection control, and facility policies
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely handoffs; ensure confidentiality and patient safety in a secure setting
- Adhere to security procedures and professional boundaries while delivering high-quality care
Requirements
- Licensure, certification, and education requirements as specified in Job Notes
- Ability to work the designated shift (Evenings) and meet assignment demands
- Ability to work in a corrections environment and comply with security protocols
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Eligibility to participate in required credentialing and onboarding processes (per Job Notes)
