Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long-Term Care Job
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care in Albuquerque, NM. This travel assignment starts 04/27/2026 and runs for 13 weeks, with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Night shifts on a three 12-hour schedule (approximately 7:00 pm–7:30 am). The setting is a skilled nursing facility. Local candidates only.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to residents within the long-term care setting, in accordance with LPN scope of practice
- Monitor residents’ conditions, document changes, and report to the supervising RN promptly
- Administer prescribed medications and perform routine nursing tasks with accuracy
- Take and record vital signs; assist with activities of daily living and mobility
- Implement and update individualized care plans; maintain safety, hygiene, and infection-control standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to support residents’ comfort, dignity, and quality of life
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico
- Graduation from an approved LPN program (educational requirement) with current licensure
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 1 year of licensed practice in long-term care or skilled nursing (preferred)
- Ability to work night shifts in a long-term care environment
- Authorization to work in the United States
