Responsibilities
- Assist residents/patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting, per individualized care plans.
- Provide basic nursing support under supervision, including transfers, position changes, and mobility assistance.
- Support meal times and hydration; monitor intake and output as directed; assist with eating and food tolerance.
- Observe and report changes in condition, vital signs, and overall well-being to the supervising nurse; document notes clearly and accurately.
- Adhere to care plans, safety policies, infection control practices, and privacy/privacy regulations; maintain patient dignity and confidentiality.
- Participate in shift handoffs,Documentation, and ongoing communication with the care team to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- Ability to work evenings and/or overnight shifts as listed for this assignment.
- Capable of performing standard CNA/LNA duties in a licensed care setting.
- Ability to follow care plans and document care accurately and timely.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States and able to travel to the assignment location.
- Demonstrated reliability and responsibility in a healthcare support role.
- Commitment to patient safety, privacy, and professional conduct in a clinical environment.
