Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care under supervision of licensed nurses, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Assist with feeding, toileting, transfers, and positioning to support patient comfort and safety.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition, vital signs, and any concerns to the supervising nurse.
- Document care provided and observations in the patient’s chart in accordance with facility policy and privacy standards.
- Maintain clean and safe environments, adherence to infection control practices, and proper equipment use.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to support coordinated care.
Requirements
- Active LNA license in Pennsylvania (in good standing)
- Current CNA/LNA certification valid in Pennsylvania
- Ability to work evening/night shifts
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment in the Carlisle, PA area
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
